Regional Retreats for American Marketing Association Professional Chapter leaders are a great way to stay informed about the AMA’s most important initiatives, stay connected with fellow marketers and nurture future leaders.

The 2018 AMA Midwest Regional Retreat was held in Pittsburgh, PA, and chapter president Lauren Norris prepared the 2-day itinerary with her board that AMA members from throughout the region enjoyed. We captured presentations and networking opportunities, as well as interviews with David Wilson, of the Professional Chapters Council, along with Michael Roach, president of the AMA New York / Capital Region chapter and David Klein, Chief Content Officer of the National AMA. Voiceover from the interviews emphasized the importance of leadership development and board management and the benefits of serving on the AMA Board, not only in professional settings but for collegiate mentorships.
