As the official pizza sponsor of the NFL, Pizza Hut and Zeno Group partnered with Pixelab Studios to create a series of videos to kick off their 2018 NFL Draft video marketing campaign, featuring JuJu Smith-Schuster of the Pittsburgh Steelers. In the spirit of the end zone dance, Pizza Hut introduced the “Doorbell Dance” during the NFL Draft, encouraging fans to celebrate their Pizza Hut delivery the same way players celebrate a touchdown on the field. The creative concept came to life through a short-form video showcasing JuJu Smith-Schuster’s doorbell dance in his living room upon delivery of his Pizza Hut pizza. The video relies heavily on the actor’s (JuJu) fame and likability and his dance moves to entertain the audience. To conclude the video, JuJu encourages consumers to submit their Doorbell Dances during the NFL Draft for a chance to win tickets to an NFL game. Pizza Hut and Zeno Group partnered with Pixelab Studios to organize production coordination, crew development and execution of their project.
